How to enable Task Manager using XP

My friend received error "Task Manager is disabled by administrator" while trying to access to task manager even though log on using administrator account.

I tried below steps and it's works :-

• Start
• Run
• type regedit [enter]
• HKEY_CURRENT_USER
• Software
• Microsoft
• Windows
• CurrentVersion
• Policies
• System
• DisableTaskMgr
• Double Click REG_DWORD -> Change the value from 1 to 0
• Close
• Reboot

• Type gpedit.msc [enter]
• Go to Local Computer Policy
  
• User Configuration
• Administrative Templates
• System
• Ctrl+Alt+Delete options
• Remove Task Manager
• Double-click the Remove Task Manager option
• Disable
