P1 Fiber Kena Tukar Ke TM Unifi

Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera,

Baru-baru terima Apology Notice dari P1. Ini yang malas ... nak kena tukar pulak pada TM...Tambah Malas.  Noe dulu register dengan P1 bulan June 2010. Masa tu pakej 3G. Ini pun berikutan provider sebelum tu dah tutup base station di Kajang tu. Kalau tutup base station dah sah2 la susah nak dapat connection. Terpaksa cari alternatif lain. Apply P1. 

Noe bukannya pengguna hardcore...jarang guna P2P...aktiviti mendownload pun dah jarang sangat...hehehe...dah Tambah Malas. Jadi P1 3G ni pun ok la..harga pun RM99...nama pun wireless kadang2 tak berapa nak stabil tapi ok la. Bulan Oct 2010, noe apply pulak Voice, sebulan RM30 dengan free 200 minit, jadi bulan2 RM129. 

Bulan Dec 2012, noe tukar pakej ke P1 Fiber, memandangkan noe dikategorikan sebagai loyal customer, diaorg offer untuk tukar pakej ke 4G, noe tak nak guna 4G, noe tanya sama ada diaorg ada pakej untuk Fiber..noe ambil pakej P1 Fiber dengan harga masih sama iaitu RM129 dengan Free voice 1000/2000 (lupa daa) minit free. Lagi untung dari pakej sebelum ni. Installation semua free jer. Ok la tu kan..Sejak Dec 2012 sampai sekarang noe guna.

Sepanjang noe guna P1 ni, ada 3 kali je ada problem, 2 problem berkaitan dengan voice dan satu lagi berkaitan dengan cable port ke rumah noe dah kena cabut (Cerita penuh kat SINI). Lain2 semua ok jer. 

Bila dapat notice ni...aduss..mcm dah tak ada pilihan...dari dulu mmg tak nak guna TM...ni nampaknya terpaksa je la kut...Bila TM dah beli share dari Packet One...kuranglah persaingan ISP kat Malaysia ni. satu kompeni je yang monopoli semua. Walaupun wujud ISP yang lain, tapi sesetengah masih menggunakan servis TM untuk back end. Sama macam P1, back end masih menggunakan TM. 

Ada kawan-kawan kat sini yang ada suggestion lain? Since noe dah ada line fiber, rasanya masih nak maintain internet guna fiber ni. Ada provider lain yg provide pakej fiber kat kajang selain TM Unifi ni???
