Internal Helpdesk
Semalam ada meeting dengan Senior Manager. Meeting untuk menjadikan group aku sebagai Internal Helpdesk. Memandangkan company baru sahaja keluar dari gagasan Mimos, so they need to have one department which can be one stop centre for all staff. Any staff who had problem with their computer, software, hardware, facility, ivest, email or etc need to report to my team first. We are still doing the current job. We will have been different email address and different extension number for this new task. Normally, my team only liaises with external users and partners, now will liaise with internal users also. For me I don't mind to having new task because that's good for my knowledge. Hopefully, all tasks running smoothly eventhough with limited team members.
