This week rcvd new offer letter, but bukan tukar tempat kerja tapi tukar organisation since my company bought by that organisation. Isu panas untuk minggu ni...our monthly salary will reduce, is not because they're cutting our salary, but instead of paying us 12 months, they change it to 13 months. Our current annual income divided 13..this is our new monthly salary. It's a lot, almost 8% reduce. another 1 month they will pay every end of the year. EPF pun dah kurang, we're really upset....bukannya apa....terpaksa tengok balik expenses dan kurangkan mana yang patut. During the presentation...HR manager just joint the company for 1 mth, mcm jadi kambing hitam, kena jawab semua soalan ... HR person plak blur semacam...nampak sangat tak ready dengan soalan2 maut staff....all staff are not happy with the new format, why need to pay for 13 month? Tau la smart...Employer distribution utk EPF will reduce alot, cost saving. If they really think that they're giving us a lot of benefits....then give us extra 1 month salary but maintain the monthly salary. Itu baru dipanggil benefit....once the monthly salary reduce, all other benefit we don't care anymore. mmg tak ada benefit pun...instead of 500 for dental for each family members...why dont they change it to vision..but vision only 200 for staff only. Company IT...but benefit for vision only 200...kerja mengadap computer jer...Bayar gaji dah la 28hb...loan semua kena bayar biasanya 25hb...itu dah kena interest. Kononnya bijak sangat la bayar advance 1 month...supaya kitaorg boleh adjust expenses..loan semua tu. Aku boleh gerenti la...once dapat jer advance tu..ramai la akan blah.It's really demotivated. Plak tu ugut...sapa2 yang tak nak sign...so they assume not interested..so terminate...tak ada ker ayat yang lebih professional. So we have no choice, if you want the job...just accept the offer...if u're not happy with the offer..you boleh blah. Bos aku siap hantar email ke HR dan cc pada bos...mewakili group aku la...menyatakan ketidakpuasan hati kitaorg and get some clarification on certain things...banyak benda yang tak clear dalam offer letter.
Yang bessnyer....HR manager yang baru tu akan review & buat research tentang cara pembayaran 13 bulan tu...kenapa tak review dari awal...then buat decision later. Those staff yang baru masuk...ok la...sebab dari awal2 diaorg dah tahu monthly salary dapat berapa....n xtra 1 mth tu kira benefit pada diaorg BUT NOT TRANSITION STAFF. Bosan la...dah la kerja akan bertambah banyak...staff baru tak boleh ambik. Bos aku lagi tension...banyak kerja tertangguh sebabnya top management tak bagi keputusan lagi. Once they hold the decision....itu salah satu cara cost saving...tp impact besar tak fikir plak. Itu dah beri bad impression pada business...lambat...bos aku jugak kena menjawab. mmmmm what to do...jadi kuli camni la....boleh la aktifkan blk jobstreet ke jobsdb ke...apa2 jobs lagi la.
